Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The role involves generating leads, making outbound calls, and providing information about our digital marketing services. You will play a key role in building client relationships and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our services, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and other digital solutions. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate digital marketing services. Generate leads and set appointments for sales presentations. Follow up on potential leads and maintain client relationships. Maintain a database of client information and update records regularly. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Provide accurate information to clients and handle queries professionally. Stay updated on company services and digital marketing trends. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is a plus. Ability to handle client inquiries and objections with professionalism.
